Are there any decent hotels or motels in Dallas where one can take a young woman for
carnal pursuits that don't ask any questions and don't require an ID and accept cash?

I don't think you can get around the ID issue.

You probably can get around the ID issue but you are going to need to hit the shadier places. There were a couple on Harry Hines near downtown that rent by the hour. But better have your head on a swivel. And likely your better providers are not going to go there with you.
