What is so Special about porn star Providers?

Do you think they are overrated?

Would you consider them to have more value than a provider that is low volume?

Why do they always have a higher retail price tag?

All the reviews on porn stars seem to always have a disappointing theme to it. I know some have good reviews, but they usually have that overpaid tone to them.

I have seen them in the GCs and I have always thought the regular girls were better looking. Those movies get doctored up and so do the professional pics.

I understand the thrill of being with a girl that is in a movie, but is it really worth that much extra cash!

I think its the bragging rights aspect of it. Its like renting a Ferrari for a day vs a Corvette, both are nice and fast but one is exotic. From a logical view, it doesn't make sense to overpay for something that will get you to the same place as the less costly alternative.

Yes, most are overrated, based on reading the reviews. Reason being they often do not offer the same menu during a session compared to what you see them do in porn videos. Porn stars often look their best during a shoot because of good cosmetics make up, camera effects, professional touch ups, etc. In addition, the pressure to perform is much greater in a porn shoot since the videos are accessible to subscribers/public. Private BCD sessions only get gauged by one guy and if the provider's high volume, the quality of sessions might not stay the same.

There are PSE providers and providers who have made less well known porn that charge at 3 bills or less. Why not see them; you get better value.

What's so special about a Dodge Viper over a Camaro SS? Performance is similar. But one is more rare and commands a higher market price because people will pay it for the experience of getting a ride. Same with the PornStar. Value is in the eye of the consumer and everyone is different.

You can be the first to drive one of those cars. You may be in the thousands on driving a porn star. I prefer a low mileage vehicle with experience.

Back before my favorite porn stars all got older (and I got older), I would have paid quite a bit more for a session with them than a regular lady. At least for one time. Maybe 2x the going rate.

These days, what the heck is a porn star? Lots of gals have had their boyfriend take a video of them with their point and shoot digicam and been posted on some online web site that paid them almost nothing and now they're a porn star. Also if you look at modern porn, there's lots of "amateurs," "first timer," etc. porn. And lots of low production value form of not very good looking women. And a really large number of different women producing a lot of not very inspiring porn and only appearing in one movie. And a LOT of cheaply made, not particularly good movies.

I wonder how many porn DVDs are made every year in the US? Anyone heard any numbers? And how many new "porn stars" there are every year.

You know though, if one of the ladies in one of my recent favorite porns came through, I might very well take the plunge myself if the premium wasn't too high. Heck there are a few ladies from the old days I'd still do it with, even though they're now theoretically way past their expiration date.

I lived in L.A. from 2006 - 2009 and saw several MILF pornstars all of which were $300 hr and all of which were amazing! These young porn chicks greatly overvalue themselves imho...

It's all about the marketing and once they get 1500-3000 per scene or whatever they get paid the GPS kicks in.


Hence, we have a visitng porn start that is charging way too much. I was trying to look at AngelaAspenXXX add but I believe she took her rates out. Imagine that. If you want to pay that rate, it's your business. Personally, I'd rather take a whispers route and go to the strip club where you can find a lower mileage and lower age gal.

Some of these girls though are perfect 10's and I am not using the scale or term loosely. They are knockouts so based on looks some guys may pony up.
