I do not know if it is just me but it seems like anytime I have tried to contact a provider (only a few exceptions) in the Buffalo area one of these things happen:

They do not respond to email
When they do it is maybe a few days from the initial email.
Maybe they will respond and then do not respond after a date is set.

amongst other things

Are we so hard up in Buffalo that we have to put up with these kind of unprofessional providers? Even "well reviewed" providers have many problems with this. One thing I have found is usually the better the quality provider, almost always outside the Buffalo area, they always respond and usually quickly. There are no games, no thrill of the chase bs.

Is it just me or do others experience the same stuff?

Buffalo is definitely not the provider capital of the world. There are some good providers, but not as many as we would like.

GP couldn't be more right. Buffalo has always been rocky ground. But there are a few great ladies there.

I have found the same thing problem. Even with well reviewed providers. I have been going to Canada lately. It isnt as "frowned apon" as much as it is here in the states. The women are more open and appreciative.

What I have experienced is staying with some regulars like OSD has done, who have the great tcob skills, makes for a more enjoyable time. But what I have also found is, as much as we want and expect reliability and those tcob skills, it is just as important for us to be reliable and on time when we commit to an appt. Respect goes both ways in this hobby and when e-mails aren't answered and when appts are set with no confirmation learn from that and move on. And if you were guilty of that, then don't be surprised when your slighted or ignored.

This has been talked about before and hasn't changed and probably never will.

To let you know.. sometimes a lady just gets so many emails stuff gets lost.. Between reference checking, inquires, emails saying hello, spam, my inbox can get messy. If you dilly dally and dont pick a time etc.. Im not going to chase you down.. I have 5 guys ready. I dont have time to hold hands. All I know is when you confirm a time and date you go in my calendar immediately so you dont get lost and I miss an appointment.

Sometimes we are waiting on reference checks before we reply..

I dont know if you guys have any idea how much time it really takes.. the emailing, reference checking, etc.. I try to get back in 24 hours.. and well sometimes you dont want to look at your inbox for a day or two, its me time plain and simple.. we cant be at beckon call all the time, we have a life.

Just drop a lady another email to check, if she doesn't get back again.. move on.

On another note if you send some crap one liner you just get moved to the ignore or bottom of the list to get back to.. I dont have time to try and pry any info about you with 20 emails back and forth to prove you're not LE.

TCB mmmmm "one I use to see the most(utr)" errr nope. ATF UTR has not had good TCB skills after going UTR. Hunter mmmmm I will go with has TCB skills for others. Its more like after many many years I still enjoy the company of each. The two UTR lurk here. Hunter reads but does not post a lot. When I start looking out side of the 3. Each will give me there opinion.

All hated when I reviewed Cher from AC. But for recent review from Mirage. ATF wants to met her for duo. Hunter high fived me(bi) she wants to met her also but for her fun I think. And the straight one "you still have time to look at others?"

So I enjoy my time with as friends. And as providers. But I wish TCB skill was part of it. By the way all 3 know each other. And that can be good and a pain in the!!!!

So when I started on ASPD I wanted to met others, and did so. But its easy to just see the 3 for the same reason LynnT posted above.
But I find when one is acting like a wife. I just hit the other two. And cheat on all three looking where others may not think to look.

If something where to happen with this arrangement. I would see if one I met on ASPD would still see me. And I have my mind set as to who I would try for on this board.

So I am a miss-fit on this board. I P4P. But not a hobbyist at this time. But sticking to a few does have its good points. Yet also has its downfalls.
So to all providers on this board. YOUR SAFE FOR NOW. LOL

All I know is I live in Buffalo and have not seen anyone local in over 3 years. It is not the end of the world because there are fantastic people out there that I have never experienced this with. Here are a few of the very best IMHO

Hanna in Roch
Sara of Albany
Rylee NY
Erica Hall
Lee in Buffalo
Cindy Lou - not sure if she is still around
Gabrielle from Roch

These women have always responded and have not played games with me. They are professional companions. I will admit it is not as easy for me these days to get away and I am not up on some of the newer providers but I have always have had a positive experience with them (above) in every way. I am not saying that there are not others, but these women (above) are not game players. They are worth the time. They treat you like you are a human being and are not mechanical. They actually respond to emails, answer the tele, on the day of the and meeting they don't forget to give you directions and so forth. They do not leave you hanging if they they are waiting for a better offer. If something comes up, they tell you.

Sometimes I wonder if there is something in the water in Buffalo?

I’ve never been able to figure Buffalo out. It is a blue collar town and seems to have blue collar providers. I wonder how big the “Canada” factor is; it’s awfully convenient even with the bridge hassle and there are more and more incalls available with quality providers doing half hours for 80 to 120 bucks. It was not that long ago that the Buffalo police had a “Salacious Literature” squad that would bust dirty book stores. This town is always a couple decades on the back side of the curve.

Has it ever been good in Buffalo? Because from how I see things is Rochester is now in mmmmmm dry times from where it once was 20 years ago. And I know it was better before I started. With bars and restaurants importing talent from many other States and Canada, on top of the many local providers.

LynnT is 100% right, when you have 5 sites you are on getting 10+(sometimes 20+ while traveling) emails a day sometimes PMs get lost especially on this site for Ladies that use smart phones. Eccie is terrible on my Droid.
I was just in Pittsburgh, I am in Cleveland next then Vegas then Buffalo, keeping up with boards and PMs from cities that you aren't currently in or wont be in the week after is really hard. Also I get swamped with messages asking me about traveling to places that there is a 99.9999999% chance that I will never have time or take the risk to travel to.
Another thing is to remember your demeanor, if someone is an ass about getting screened or writes me a rude PM I wont give them the time of day. I have plenty of other Gents that wont give me a hard time over getting screened and that wont disrespect me with lewd PMs. Getting a "Hey! Where can I drop my sugar on you? Do you have specials for really hot guys that have big packages? Can I videotape you choking on"..... That is an actual cut and paste from someone on THIS site about my upcoming trip to Buffalo. Guess how quickly I got back to prince charming...I NEVER WILL.

I think it is the law of average that each city has about the same percentage of ladies with good or not-so-good TCB skills. Buffalo has fewer providers than Rochester, so there are also fewer providers with good TCB skills.

I was merely making a (reasonable) hypothesis. In order to verify that hypothesis by collecting real data, someone will have to sponsor (i.e., bankroll) me to systematically contact, book and meet all the providers in a few major cities.
