Any of the medium to upper end motels on either east or west Kellogg 400 are good and safe. For steaks chicken and such I recommend Texas roadhouse for Italian its Angelos they are the best

I like Marchellos and Defazzios for Italian, there’s also sweet basil lunch buffet in the northeast.
Japanese grill and sushi lunch special at Mizu, all you can eat order as you go for like $13

I can’t argue with any of the suggestions but would add Bite Me BBQ in Old Town if you want a ridiculous Bloody Mary.
I think the soda fountain ajw means is Old Mill Tasty Shop.
