Sorry but most of them are scams. With many the info is inaccurate. Also, if the gent is using an untraceable cell, your search will be a useless waste of time.

You will have to get a program for it. There is a variety of them out there. I'm not real good at explaining these technical things. I have asked a provider friend who uses it frequently to jump on & explain it. What I do know, is it will tell you who, what, & where about the owner of the IP. She will be posting instructions for you as soon as she is available. Safe wishes.
