A hobbiest opinion
I set up a meeting with a provider that is coming to Buffalo, after I had set the meeting up I decided to make a request on her wearing a certain type of clothes, It has been almost a week since I sent the email asking her if she will wear this and still I get nothing in response. I am just wondering if some of you would just cancel the meeting due to her non responsiveness or just go with it?

How far away are you from the meeting date? If its today/tomorrow start scrambling for other ladies.

She may have a busy inbox. Email her again. Don't bail out just yet. She may be planning on wearing your request and just doesn't realize you're still waiting for an answer. Confirm your date at the same time. Just my opinion....

I guess it depends on what you asked her to wear. Was something you saw her in in a picture on her website, would it be something she has to buy, was it something offensive. Like someone else said she could be busy and just hasn't had time to respond or her inbox get full and once an emails off the first screen it's easy to forget about. Happens to me in work.
You could try emailing her again asking her size with an offer to buy it for her.

Honey, I don't think some Gents realize how busy us ladies get with multiples PMs from multiple sites for multiple trips. I think you should PM her and ask if you are planning on meeting, if she doesn't get back to you within a day of your next PM write her and explain that you are no longer interested in seeing her due to lack of communication.
Us ladies get beyond swamped with PMs day and night from a bunch of sites BUT it is rude to totally dismiss a Gent.
On a slight side note, I have a new Droid, sometimes if I am on a site and get a message it opens it automatically whether I saw the message or not so sometime I lose messages that way. If she has a Droid maybe she never even saw your message honey.
I am wishing you the best of luck.
*Hugs*
