Getting ready to book a 6 day cruise to the Caribbean over the New Year. The ship is a beautiful one and going to Costa Maya, Belize, and Cozmel. This will be a expense paid trip of course for the selected lady plus a travel fee that we agree upon. I do plan on doing fun excursions, gamble, party, dance, and much much more.

Since you have done this before maybe you could comment on what would be a reasonable fee. Obviously $300 per hour would not work.

I've gone on cruises with gentleman friends in the past At first I was a little leery of cruise lifestyle as I usually prefer more free-form travel (especially in the Caribbean, where I am from), but I was surprised to find it very relaxing and a lot of fun!

Of course, compatibility does play a large (pinnacle?) role in this, and none of my cruises have been with men that I knew well before getting on the boat. I've only had one week long travel date with one man who I had not met before, but because he came highly recommended from a lady that I knew well, I decided to give it a shot - and I'm forever glad I did

If possible, you might want to at least meet the lady of your choice the night before the cruise to see how it goes.

I think you'll find some pretty top-notch ladies to give you advance notice whether they're available or not, I'd say your chances are probably better here than on the outside.
If you end up hating each other by the end of the cruise then no harm done.
