Default Green Light for Voter Fraud!

Wow - the consent decree reads like a protective order allowing voter fraud to run rampant and undetected. Check out the language:

(e) refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic composition of such districts is a factor in the decision to conduct, or the actual conduct of, such activities there and where a purpose or significant effect of such activities is to deter qualified voters from voting; and the conduct of such activities disproportionately in or directed toward districts that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations shall be considered relevant evidence of the existence of such a factor and purpose...

Translation - If Republicans try to monitor districts where voter fraud is most likely to occur, it's considered evidence that their intent is to "deter qualified voters from voting"!

In other words, we know we have a problem with non-citizens voting, yet we can't concentrate our anti-fraud efforts on those districts where non-citizens live!

Bottom line - this is a fucking GREEN LIGHT for the Dems to go all-in on voter fraud without fear of being caught or challenged by poll watchers from the opposing party!

Where we know there is voter fraud, it can't be monitored. This can't be a violation until election day.

there are better ways to ferret out a fraudulent voter.

I don't think a voter challenge is really appropriate as that can get labeled as intimidation.

low tech solution - dip thumbs in special ink
high tech solution - cameras with face recognition software and matching ids in each precint
