If you read the article you would see that the penalty would not apply to many "micro" breweries. "Failure to comply with the new regulations means craft brewers will not be able to sell their beer in any restaurant chain with over 20 locations" - It only applies to restaurant chains and only those with over 20 locations. And how many restaurant chains would this apply to and do any sell "craft" or "micro" beers.

There shouldn't be any penalty because it's basically illegal to mix government with free enterprise. why should Government demand a Brewery to include calories on a fucking Beer Label. First of all Beer doesn't provide any RDA nutrients like real food does. So who gives a crap about how much calories Beer has. The people who run this country are brain dead losers. The ACA is nothing but a rag of bureaucratic bullshit. Pretty soon everyone will know everything about you including your health status and even your purchasing habits. The clip below is probably the future out reaching by the ACA. Fat fucks who are out of shape are going to love the future, lol.

"Pretty soon" is now.
The only "issue" is whether or not an individual can gain access. If you want to surprise yourself with regard to that "issue", ask your healthcare provider for a list of persons/entities which have accessed your private medical data and critically listen/examine the response.
What do you NOT hear/see?

If you THINK about the hypocrisy, you will realize it's a beer drinker with his own brewery, regulating the beer you, as a private citizen, consume.
