Visiting Austin next week - any advice?

I'm going to be traveling to Austin hopefully sometime next week, but before than, I thought I should do my research.

I usually get an Airbnb as an incall, but wasn't sure what areas are the best? what areas I should stay away from?

I want my first trip to be successful and don't want my incall location to be the reason men are driven away. I was thinking downtown, but I don't know how traffic is like there.

As always just stay out of Williamson county.

Being Austin you might also want to double or triple confirm bookings before coming to Austin at $400/hr.
You'll likely be sorely disappointed if you spend serious $$ on a decent incall and then wait for the phone to to start ringing at that rate.

The arboretum/ domain area is nice beats the traffic and parking hassles of downtown.
