The fake list is far too long (sadly). Lets do this instead. Post contact information for real, bonafide (pun?), TS providers below.

As far as I can find, there is not much of a comprehensive list anywhere to be found. There are certainly bits and pieces, but lets put all the GOOD info in one spot.
