Staying overtime on a session: theft or robbery?
I've seen many reviews where hobbyists state the time booked/paid for in a session and then say "went over" meaning they stayed and played longer than the time agreed upon.
Is that considered robbery or just theft?
I'm thinking some providers are too nice to say anything, or don't want to risk a bad review, while the hobbyists are thinking "she's really into me!"

Neither but a gentleman does not overstay his welcome. Sometimes it is not done on purpose, you can have so much fun that time flies. Best way to deal with it is to tip or offer a gift card if you have one on you.

I avoid this awkwardness by never booking for less than an hour. I know that I can usually accomplish my goal of mutual satisfaction in that amount of time. When it goes long, it's usually by no more than 15 minutes and usually was the result of clean-up and/or an extended good-bye at the door. If it goes "way over" it's because of mutual enjoyment and is a virtual guarantee of return business from me. It's also because of who I'm seeing - older, mature, low-volume ladies who would have no problem telling me to my face if I was abusing their time. So far, so good!

As always, my counsel to the ladies is:
You must have two basic rules:
1) you set the rules, and
2) you make sure the gents know your rules.
So, if you are a "close" clock watcher (for whatever reason) make sure the gent knows this and also make sure there's a way to let him know the clock is running. I know of many an in-call where there is a clock on the wall (hint! hint!) or a visible clock radio or time piece on the bed side table.
That said, replying more directly to the OP's posit, imo most ladies quickly figure out who the time benders are; almost as quickly as they figure out who the time wasters are.

Well, that depends on the injured party.
Are you an injured party, or just jealous that someone is fucking your ATF longer than they paid for?

I'm always very conscious of the time and I rarely go beyond what I've agreed to. The only exceptions have been with the mature ladies where I say something like "I need to finish soon because my time is nearly gone," and they quickly reassure me that's it's OK to stay because they're enjoying themselves and they're not expecting anyone else. I do not wish to overstay my welcome or tarnish my reputation by being labeled a time-bender. I'm not sure that staying overtime should be labeled "theft," or "robbery," but I am certain that it's a simple courtesy to not stay beyond your allotted time. I expect courtesy from the providers, and they should reasonably expect it back from me.

If it's not by the ladies own choice is just annoying.
I am generous.....but after 55 minutes of straight playtime during an hour session and you repeatedly stop me from moving so you don't finish? F*** off. At the hour mark of the beginning of bcd action I am totally going to stop touching you and leave the room. It's one thing if junior is shy....it's another if you stop yourself from coming on purpose so you can try to go over.

Another good topic of discussion. In the literal sense. Yes it is theft. You pay for an hour. You get an hour. If you go over. Some compensation should be given. If it wasn't discussed prior to. Then be respectful of the ladies time.
*Remember. You are paying for the ladies time. Not any acts that may or in some cases may not occur during that time between consenting adults.
If a guy has any inkling that an hour maybe not enough. PAY for a 90 min or 2 hour session so you aren't rushed. Just like you expect a lady to give you extra time. You can just leave early and not but her in a situation to rush you out. If a guy can't take care of business in an hour. Be the gentleman and not put a lady on the spot by allowing you to go over. Of course the lady is going to be nice. But be mindful of her time. And maybe think twice about using sexual pill enhancers. That maybe the reason you take forever. Ha
Let's be honest. If a lady really loved you and wanted you to be there longer. She wouldn't have charged you in the first place. Remember. It's a business. It's the ladies job to make you feel special for an hour, or what ever you pay for, during that time. We are all here to have fun. Keep it that way. Some ladies IOP may be off the charts. Don't confuse that with her being into you 24/7. Remember. We are all here for a reason. Don't let the lines be blurred and create awkward situation.
and yes. Another great post by SA Angel

I agree that the lady sets the rules and the guy should do everything possible to stay within the established guidelines. And I have spent time with the wonderful Angel, and while our total time has gone over the purchased hour, I have never left there feeling rushed.
But, to play devil's advocate, since we are paying for time and not services, doesn't that mean that if an hour is booked and and Mr. Happy finishes in 20 mins, than a partial refund is given? (I know the answer, just throwing it out there.)
Just be respectful...

Haha. Good one. Nope. That would be paying for an act which is illegal. Haha. You would though have 40 minutes to hang out and talk or watch tv with a lovely lady.
That's why an hour is plenty for me. I unfortunately am no stud. And haven't started using enhancers as of yet. So. Plenty of time to chill and just sit there without s care in the world with a hot lady. Good times.

Good one, but actually, I think you made the opposite point. Because you paid for time, and not services, you got another 40 min to enjoy yourself with her. Or leave. Or do whatever your heart desires. It's your time. You bought it On the other hand, if I suddenly have an emergency and have to leave in 20 min, your scenario makes sense.
This whole topic gets a lot easier when you read a review and you find out that a lady kicked out her client with time left on the clock. You do not want to be shortened of your time, and it would not be acceptable to do it, same goes the other way.
Everyone's body is different. If I realize we are reaching the hour and for a reason or another we are not there yet, communication is absolutely necessary, but during our time together, that's usually happening throughout the session anyway and you know yourself.
If you are on your second attempt, we both know that the worst that can happen is that you enjoyed the journey, even though we did not reach the destination twice within the hour.
