From what I understand both Weis and Haley are difficult to work with (condescending assholes) . I remember last winter when the Chiefs hired Weis there was some discussion about how well those two would get along. I guess now we know, lol.
The thing that's surprising is that he is reportedly leaving for another coordinator job, not a head coaching job. That implies to me that Weis really dislikes working for Haley.
Crennel is, most accounts say, a really nice easy-going guy. However, I would expect him to stick around only until a good head coaching job gets offered.
