I thought of it as have been watched.
Mostly on a boat by guys out fishing. Also by Coast Guard guy and gals just passing by. With Coast Guard at times yelling go out father on the lake. As some jackass in a widow's peak on top of his house blow us in to CG watching with a telescope LOL.
A few times by provider watching another provider go at it with me. Saying latter no big deal but at the time watching closely.
