Google search// OMG PLEASE HELP

So some one told me tonight if you Google my number it says I was involved in a police sting. And sure enough, I Google My number and it says just that.... man wtf!!! I'm not involved with law enforcement!!! NEVER HAVE BEEN NEVER WILL BE!!! I posted on here trying to help warm others and now if you Google me it says stay away from me??? Wtf!!!!?????!!! So what can I do?? Wtf am I supposed to do????

I notice your friend is also listed. I am curious as to how reliable at least one of the sites is because I checked one out and see several local ladies that I know from here on it. I'm not sure if I am allowed to post the link here or not.

You would think that if it was legit, wouldn't it be putting your real name up there from the arrest records? All I see on them is links to ads for the providers and a banner that says,

"This escort is affiliated with law enforcement!
A lot of reviews and chatter about busts involving ***-***-**** has recently been seen!"

MOD: If I am allowed to post the link of that site, maybe someone here more qualified than I could say if it is just a bogus site that trolls for ads trying to scare people away from the "hobby" or if it is possibly legit reports.

There is one well known provider, at least people here talk about her in a good way, that possibly could have been arrested but working with LE? I find it hard to believe, but I haven't met her personally so I can't say for sure, just going off of other peoples comments and referrals to her.

Geez, if I go further down the page there is an ad disguised as a warning that advertises "Adult Friend Finder" and clicking on any of the 3 links in it, which all go to the same place, goes to AFF. They could be getting paid to send people there per click. So.....I "think" that site is putting out bogus reports trying to lure people to the AFF site. But again, every time I "think", I usually get into trouble.

Iowa Board shows a link similar to that so I'm sure it's just spam for AFF as skbinks mentioned but still bad for business. Sorry, girl.

I would agree, it also has a link to Remove My Add which Makes me think they are really phishing, or just scum.

If you ever posted a bp ad... They list you on his site apparently. If you take the time to fill out the removal form at the bottom they will take you off of there. Just make sure you do it for EACH ad they list .

I just got a text message from someone I don't know who it is but they claim that a certain Verified Provider in the area is the one responsible for this. I'm not sure if I should directly call her out or what? Why would someone do such a thing? If it's true the person who did it it's got to be out of jealousy but really how old are we? Can I post a screen shot of the text if I blur out the phone number??

I've tried requesting to have the ads removed, it keeps saying I need the ad ID # to finish the request but I can't find one?? Any one with free time wanna help???

If you scroll down below the picture, you should see the 19 adds they have. If you click on an add it will show the add I'd at the end of the url. The first one shows?id=16093793.

Click on the ad.... The digits at the end of the URL are the numbers you need to enter.

If it's e s c o r t b u s t s d o t c o m it's a scrape site from BP as mentioned and is used as an affiliate revenue generator. The operator is surely ruining the reputations of lots of people... Looks like they run a number of scummy sites. Can look up the phone number via Whois on the domain but the rest of the contact info is private... Hope you get it worked out.

It's a scam site, just like most of the sites that pop up when you google our numbers.. I blam it on us posting on BP... I don't see why sites like this are able to copy our posts like that.. Makes me not want to post on BP, but the damage is done.. I guess its just a time consuming thing to get them taken down..

Sorry to hear about this, I just found out my ads are up there as well, grrrrr... lol.. Not really funny, but hey... Can't do anything but request them to take them down...

It may be unfavorable for backpage to alter treatment of robot text retrieval, but I agree that this type of thing is discouraging savvy companions from further BP posts.

In some communities, it does reach the intended target market more effectively than all other ad sites combined.

I cut and paste about 4 randomly selected phone numbers from the most recent provider's ads on this board and they show up there too...
