I agree with your Hallmark remark, but wouldn't it have been just as easy to wish the ladies well ?
Surely we can agree they cost the same.
Commercialism, capitalism is part of what makes our country great, all good things have a certain amount of cost that goes along with it. They have a secretaries week, but do they have an executives day? Probably not because that can't make a dollar on it.
