last trip to you wonderful gents until spring my time, don't miss me.
Woke up this morning to snow  not happy at all...
And as much as I love you all I don't like driving in the snow and ice. So I will be visiting one last time beginning of next week for the week, I can't wait to see y'all....

I had it listed and found a "sucker" to buy it for a good price too, imagine my surprise when I found out it was you ... make sure to install lightning rods ... with your history ...
Thinking about it, it's really for you, just remember to always use bubble wrap when leaving your new home... the first step can be a downer...

Since you don't like the snow & ice, you should just consider moving down here. We hardly ever get any, and it's usually gone in day, the one day out of every 5 years we do get it.
Plus you'd get to see our sweet asses a often as you'd like.
The new house will be a problem. You could try renting it out, or maybe just get bubba to take it off its perch and reattach the wheels and bring it with you.
