Default Still no email on receiving a PM

I am still not getting an email when I get a PM. I even changed my password and email, which requires a confirmation from the system sent via an email. I received that email, but not when I get a new PM. I am not sure what else to do. It is a pain in the ass when that is the only way a provider can be reached and I never know when they have replied. Thanks

Same here. It ALL goes straight to junk folder, no matter what I do. Extremely irritating.

Camille - Junk mail folder can be overcome. Simply set your mail client (gmail, yahoo, whatever) filter to deposit mail from websupport@eccie.net into either your in box or a specific folder.

Bmerazi - 1) make sure mail isn't going into your email junk folder. 2) try setting your email filters as above.

You can individually test fire off some PMs to yourself and see if the notices go to your mail. Of course, I am sure you have set your USER CP preferences (log in and privacy) to make sure as below

The forum can send a message to your email address to inform you when someone sends you a private message. Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages

Have you tried creating an entry in your Address Book for the websupport@eccie.net email address?

I have now, BUT, my messages are not going to a spam folder, they are just not being sent from what I can tell.

Thanks Mokoa. I changed my password and email and eccie sent an email asking me for confirmation. I confirmed and then tried a pm and still got nothing.
