Just curious why so many providers would advertise on BP and so many hobbyists choose them? I find it even more prevalent in other states. I would be much more concerned for LE if I called a BP ad. Is it just cost and speed or are many of the ladies in and out of the work?

I dont, never have and never will. But I guess it gives them more business for the girls and for the guys more options, better haggling scene, and well I dont know. In Austin its a no no and theres alot of pimps, theifs and the good ol' bait and switch there. But then again Eccie and P411 is used more

Because their cheap, wannabe hookers with fake pics who know the majority of men will take the bait. Besides the established touring providers who occasionally use BP solely to announce their presence which I have no problem with that, in Iowa at least it's because the wanna be hobbiest demand it so to speak. The majority of pussy buying in this state is done solely on price which is insane on so many levels. It's a disaster waiting to happen. The verified, established, proven providers do not need BP to fuel their business because their performance speaks for itself. You won't see BP ads from providers such as Renee Couture, Kay2day, Kat VonDee, Alessia Jordan, Dallas Rain or Shayla because it's not needed AND they don't want to see the backpage driven buyer to begin with. You think chicks bring on the drama. The backpage pussy buyer is drama incarnate.

Backpage has it's place certainly or at least I am told that. Maybe...if your trying to sell a cat or your vintage collection of Slim Whitman vinyl. The real question is do you want to play in the Major league or are you content gambling in the minors and wearing orange jumpsuits.

This of course is just my opinion which in this case happens to be right!

I am not totally anti-BP. There are at least two good local providers who only advertise there. A lot of people went to BP after craiglist quit having an escorts section and escorts.com got shut down. However, you need to look at it everyday and become familiar with what is potentially real and what is TGTBT. You'll start to recognize the same pics being used by many different ads. I get a laugh out of the ads for black girls that all use the same hot girls pics, but the reality is she isn't a girl, she/he/it is a transexual. It's just a good picture so everyone uses it.
Here is the danger. Shayla was right in stating that a lot of these ads are setting you up for a crime. Des Moines used to be pretty safe but we have had a big increase in gang presence and activity in the last two years. These gangs tend to operate in their own neighborhood and don't venture outside a certain area. So if you are being asked to come down to the notel on SE14th, stay the fuck away.
Certainly there are enough verified, reviewed providers to keep you happy.

My take is this:

1) Never see a BP girl that someone you trust hasn't seen. Check ECCIE reviews first.

2) Some good providers announce their presence / or / their forthcoming trips to DM on BP. I don't mind this, although, I worry a little. But the good ones want references and they check them.

Some of the pics on BP drive me crazy. Usually, a little checking finds they were stolen from somewhere else.

I use it for heads AND while i'm in town. And I will continue to use it and screen all the same just because a lot of board guys (including many who bash it) and even more non-board guys look at it. And business gotten from it can be pretty good. If I relied on p411 or eccie alone trips profit wise wouldn't go so well in some places. I'm not all too concerned how it looks so someone seeing me on BP that may look down on it because they probably won't see me anyways and if they think my using BP is what makes me as a provider I don't want to see them anyway. I greatly dislike snobs. I was told recently I was "too classy" to use BP (whatever the hell that means) but I guess the guy who said that wasn't "too classy" to be looking even though he was supposedly just looking for shits-n-giggles *insert long slow eye-roll*.

Long reply short (because I could go on lol) this verified, established, proven provider with great performance and reviews personally uses BP because it's just one other advertising venue for me.

2. Advertising is Advertising. It doesn't make a difference weather you advertise on boards or just BP. Their is LE on Both. Its a matter of how you screen.

3. I have found some of the best clients from BP. I find that my older BP clients are more appreciative about the services that they recieve VS. The average hobbiest.

4. In some areas BP is the main source of advertising.

Providing isn't what it used to be. In the early 2000s I felt as if guys respected the ladies more. You were treated with kindness, respect. So if I can get a slight glimpse of the old days where guys were appreciative of Great service vs a Cheap appointment I will continue to advertise with BP.

Ahhhh yes I came around in early 2010. But...I was told in the early 2000's that newspapers, yellow pages and chat lines even were also super popular. Did you use any of those?

I dont see anything wrong with it, its my personal choice and like I said more business, but theres more drama on there where LE and pimps and people (females and males) getting hurt, I dont advertise there because I dont feel safe with it. And you two are the diamonds in the ruff but theres alot of others that are on there that are not and well honestly they have given BP a bad name, cant say for iowa but in Austin Tx its not looked upon and they will bash you for it, Mocha you come to austin enough to know that and well thats were I started and just used to BP being a NoNo, Not to mention you all also have history here and other sites so different from just a BP girl.
