Tried to see her in Monroe but her NBA policy would not be broken. If it was a cop I think she would have seen me. I don't know though

She's for real, but absolutely do not see her. I did a review back when she was starting out, and it was fine, but things have changed. In fact I have PM'd the mods to have the review deleted as it's not even close to what it is now, but they won't.
