help for verified provider status please?

But when I tried several times to email it to Houston@eccie.net it was bounced back saying "possible spam". Am I doing something wrong?

Still no help. My review is even linked to me but im still "registered member" I'm trying to wait to see people until I'm "verified provider"

Your review is linked to you however we have not received an email request from you. Please highlight and copy our address Houston@eccie.net be sure you label that email and not send random links otherwise our email night confuse it for spam. If that fails send one of a pm.
