I get the frustration with the rate hike, but honestly can you blame her? Supply and demand man. I saw her on Saturday and was planning on an hour, she told me the new rate (and her reasoning for raising it) so I switched it to the half. I was disappointed at first, but she's tiny, she's fucking sexy, she's cool as fuck and she's clean. I left completely satisfied. There's so few girls around that are even worth seeing, and the decent ones all have similar rates. So go to her or don't, but it's a waste of time coming on here to bash and talk shit, she's just doing the same thing you'd do if you were running any business.

Actually no I wouldn't run my business like that. If I had 100 loyal customers paying me $200 for an hour of service and had been that way for a year or 2 maybe i would increase my rate to $225 or so. But I wouldn't hike it as high as she did.

Simple math. If you have 100 people paying you $200 an hr and getting great reviews why not keep them happy? Why risk losing what you had to be greedy? I was on the fence but am now a no. I know a lot of others guys are the same. Imagine seeing 2 ppl a day 5 days a week an hr each at $200. That's $1000 a week tax free. Pretty comfortable life for these girls. But they get greedy and want more $$ and will lose clients because of it.

You're not being unreasonable to think that way, all I was saying was that angry bashing isn't going to do anything. If you are correct that the rate is too high, then she will either lose business or change it back. But what I was saying is that any quality girls (that I know of) are around the same price.
Her hhr rate didn't change by the way, it was already 200... she was saying that most guys only went for the half anyway so she felt like she was throwing money away charging 3 for the hour. I dunno, I get it. I'll be going back, just will only going for the half that's all. Market will regulate itself one way or the other.

Simple, because you have a lot of options in a business like this:

1) If you want to keep your 'loyal customers' and not 'risk losing' them, you can grandfather those in who want to - but see how many new people will pay the new rate.

2) If I'm consistently getting booked, then a service business is literally driven by utilization rates. If she's fully utilized (and doesn't want to see 12 dudes a day), then seeing same #/day at higher rates is pure profit.

3) Simple math: As you said, 2 dudes a day at 200-> 1,000/week. If she raised to 300; she only needs 3-4 people/WEEK to make the same money, versus 10/week. Can she find 3/4 dudes a week who would pay more?? In this market?

Hey - I'm not arguing that I wish she wouldn't raise rates. Hell, I wish she was 80/120/180 for QV/HHR/HR. However, I can't sit here with a straight face and claim that it's a stupid decision, unless I know for a fact that she isn't busy in this market.

And given teh state of the market, and since she is apparently hot/sexy, etc., .... I think she seems to have more of the supply of what's in demand.

Time will tell. But I would say this - you maybe wouldn't run your business that way - but I sure as hell would. Especially because - if the price raise doesn't work, I lower it and immediately my 'loyal customers' will flood right back to me. This isn't the kind of business where if you raise prices, customers will hold a grudge and never come back.

That happens when you get fat/strung out/old/underperform/etc., In this case - there's literally no downside to her seeing what is the 'real' market rate for someone with her package.

As much as it disgust me lol I agree with you. If I was on the other end of the spectrum I would also raise the price. No doubt.

The supply and demand is irrelevant…. Well not completely irrelevant… the problem is lack of dick control which is why these girls are out of control to begin with. And hell what can I say I’m just as guilty as anyone else sometimes. But I do have a standard and I stick by it. It’s just a damn shame a majority of men are just ready and willing to say screw it and bow down to these girls and their over inflated pricing.
