Lucky for Mr. Trump sentencing is 4 days prior to the Republican convention.


Due to that circumstance, the judge will more than likely offer probation, instead of jail time.

Probably. But I imagine the judge is taking into account the contempt charges as well. I could see him doing a little time in the klink.

First offense, non-violent, likely probation. He might earn a short stay for his court violations just to send a message.
