We should have a means to pay the reviewer for this kind of info - if we all kicked in a buck, I'm sure he could recoup 50 to 100 of his investment.

I have seen 2 providers at that location and they were absolute ghetto trash when I saw them in person compared to their pics.

Trash attracts trash. Avoid that place. No good reputable provider would work out of it.
