disclosing the general location of incalls
I had always assumed it was standard in the hobby for providers to either have what part of Austin they are in in their ad, or they tell you at least generally generally when you book..
I like to hobby to relax.... I like weekend morning appointments and chill out get to the area relax and have some coffee and mosey to the incall..... and have a chill easy nice day from then on...and just groove
I made an appointment for 10 sat am with a well reviewed visiting provider... that did not even want to tell me what part of Austin she was in ahead of time.. finally after texting her she texted me the address so late I would have had to rush to get there ( i don't get a kick out of playing rush rush or driving)..This is just not part of the program!... So I texted and cancelled.
I've never ran across a provider that did not want you to have any idea where they were till right before the appointment...If she had let me know the general area I would have been in the area at 8:30 relaxed and pulled in the hotel parking lot at 9:40 relaxed.. and went in and called for the room number at 9:55....
So whats up with this... is this a Dallas thing or something? why would a provider not let someone know the general area they are in ahead of time?

Very aggravating MO. Some girls seem to get a false sense of security that way. I don't get the logic behind it but I have stop trying to understand it.
One I was given the general area only and hour before the appointment. I rushed there and called, she gave me the hotel name and told me where to park. I parked and called and she said that she couldn't see me and she cancelled because she didn't trust me.
Now I make sure to know the general area before I set an appointment.

General location should always be provided, intersection or major land marks, no address or complex name is given out for safety reasons.

You would think it would fall under common sense considering it can take 45+ mins to get from one side of town to the other....
Just another easy thing ladies can do to make it easier for you guys to see us not harder.

This makes absolutely no sense what so ever, and a total waste of the OP's
time. I know it's unusual, but when I accept an appointment, you know where your going at a minimum of 2 hours before your scheduled time. It doesn't need to be so hard...er... difficult.

Especially difficult if you're new to the area like me and rely upon a GPS. They tend to go "as the crow flies" without regard for the 42 traffic lights in the route.

I try to put the general locations or major attractions that I'm near like malls ect... I will wait until an hour or two before a session to give exact address. What happened to you doesn't make any since to me..

Zip codes are grossly underutilized in the Hobby. In most cases, the zip is less than a few square miles and often much smaller (inside city of Austin especially). If the provider will not disclose Zip code, Trees will NOT confirm appointment.
The last mile problem still exists, but at least you are close-by with zip.

Many won't give you the hotel / motel? Not sure why? It's not they are giving you a room number. Are there guys that find out the hotel and just sit outside hoping to get a look at an Escort? Geeeez...! I understand if its an apartment or home.

I really try to be private, but I don't get that either. What is the harm in giving a general location? That is stupid. Sorry.

Agreed 100% it is a pain in the ass and annoying when they don't give you a clue as to where your going until about an hour before the appointment, not cool!!

It's a bit funny to me. If I have an appointment in a hour, you won't give me the exact location or something really close?
Am I somehow going to become more trustworthy in the next hour?
If I'm going to do something awful if you give me your address right now, what's going to keep me from doing it an hour from now?
Or are you just such a flake that you're likely to flake out on me in the next 60 minutes.
