Hotel question

I have been trying to set something up with a provider and I have noticed that more and more are giving me the same address (rotoasian and others). Some of the providers have reviews, but it still makes me nervous that this hotel seems to be more of a hub. I know it's in a more centralized location and all but still. I'm not sure on the protocol for naming the hotel and what not so I won't do so unless given the okay, but what are your guys' thoughts on something like this.

Don't name the hotel, but there are some areas that are common that providers use.
