I received e-mail that access expired 9/6/18 I tried to renew however the Pay site doesn't come up after clicking on it ???

I also tried renewing my Premium Access as well and was given the same message (see below). Is there something I need to do in order to renew payment for the premium access?

I also feel your pain... I've been trying to renew my PA for the past week and still can't seem to submit payment on the online system.
