Dunno how perfect the surgery is to make a she-hole. Can you tell the difference between one that is natural and one that is MM? If so, this review suggests she is, and always was, a she. If you cannot tell by post-surgery, then it is possible she was at one time a he. Even after the reviewer said she was a she, with all she-parts, the other dawgs still didnt believe the guy. Regardless of the past, sounds like she is a she now.

Talked to her on the phone once when I'd seen her post & she'd already left town again--deeper than normal voice for a woman, which means nothing; so was Lauren Bacall's. She was nice though.

Review from Houston sort-of implied natural boobs. I mean: if you're going to the trouble to be a post-op, you'd get MM's that last awhile right? So that's why, despite striking features & voice, I think "real-girl."
