It depends on my situation.

While married and only sleeping with wife I would do it every time I was alone and had time. So sometimes 3-6 times a day while she's at work.

While on boat with no ladies around I do it every night (it helps me sleep) sometimes 2x a day.

While single and seeing ladies I didn't do it at all. Almost did after a couple of NCNS but got a ladies help before it came to that lol.

If you average it all out I guess the answer is a lot.

As for what I think about mostly ladies I have been with. Unless I am watching porn.

It's slowed dramatically the last few years for me--advancing age I guess. I would say daily up to then. it varies, can go a couple weeks without, then that usually leads to every day for a week. then a couple days, then a week, then every day again. its a vicious cycle.... no toys, just regular ole manual release ...sometimes do it with left hand and backwards for a lil variety to it... ;-)..... but no where near the amount i did it when i first discovered it... ;-)

I average about every other day. In the past few months, since switching to electronic cigarettes, I feel the need a lot more often. After a good 2 pop session with a provider, I can sometimes go 3-4 days without needing to rub one out.
