My biggest and most important New Year's resolution is to treat people nicely, with respect and dignity, which is not necessarily a New Year's resolution. This is something I strive to do in my everyday life.

Also, I lost 50 pounds in the last year. I would like to continue on that track and not gain any of that back. I would like to lose 70 more pounds in 2014.

I would like to volunteer my time to people and animals that might be needy and need the extra help from somebody that can give it.

What is yours?

Become a better lover. To do that, I need to be more fit and drop some pounds.

Invest in the friendships I have with providers I already know. And especially......the wonderful relationship I have with my ATF and see it grow deeper and better for both of us.

Write more often to some of the ladies I am too far away to see often.

Revisit some of my favorite friends where it has been far to long.

Make some new friends, preferably in person, but if not then virtually on here.
