Question I have a question? What am I supposed to do.....

What am I supposed to do with new applicants who are really really really hot, but don't offer our patented GFX Experience? In my head I'm thinking, you would be PERFECT except for that little thing that's called "THE #1 DEAL-BREAKER!!!!!" LOL

Should I put them in FILE 13? What would you do?

Recommend they go see some other (loser, non-competition) agency and let them worry about it. Keep up your obvious standards - I'm sure your customers wouldn't have it any other way...

Perhaps set up appointments with 1 to 3 reliable customers at a intro rate with the applicant's understanding that it's a test to see if the applicant has what it takes to be working with your agency.

No secret that feedback will be solicited from the guys and break down the do's and do not's in this hobby world such as timeliness, hygiene etc.

Hire them OR you can refer them to be independent on this board or p411; it's been my experience that the definition of GFE varies from guy to guy... It's also been my experience that not all are looking for GFE . Hope this helps!!

I'm going to assume by "really really really hot" you mean the girls are extremely physically attractive. I'm also going to assume by "THE #1 DEAL-BREAKER!!!!!" you could mean personality, mental focus, ability to show up on time, any of a million little things that can detract from your brand image. As an employer myself I've personally made mistakes myself hiring people and hoping they would grow, when something told me it wasn't going to happen. The real trick in hiring is figuring out who has the capacity to grow into a job, and who doesn't. Invest in those that can and will grow, and avoid the rest.

So, by deduction I now assume the "THE #1 DEAL-BREAKER!!!!!" is one of the four food groups that our friend The Long of Foot is always reminding us of.
It is possible that some guys may support the option in your agency of one less food group. The employee would certainly need to be aware that this is a sorting factor for many and may result in fewer requests. It would also need to be prominently disclosed when the employee is marketed.

Rover post #10 is correct. As pointed out, though, there are some guys out there who just want a hot chick, and don't really care what she does or does not do. (I am not one of those.) But GFX could support that niche group. If a girl is otherwise 'good-to-go', you could simply advertise her without the GFE label. Maybe have a "GOLD" group (ie. gfe) and a "SILVER" group (that has deal-breakers). I have seen other agencies do that. The main thing is giving a potential client the warm, fuzzy feeling that he will get what he wants out of his time and expense. But also maybe reward those performers who offer more (like 4 food groups) or who get more clients.

It is cool that gfx is asking such things.

Interesting post,asking for customers input in advance and eliminating potential issues.

Most employers have probationary periods,you might consider that and let them know,continued employment will be based on customer feedback. At the same time the upfront approach when ads are posted,indicating limited menu could work as well. Sometime full menu may not be what clients are seeking.

Needless to say your reputation is paramount and you're taking the necessary steps to protect it. Best of luck
