That thing is such a bad idea. Breasts change size throughout the month based on water retention and hormones, not to mention weight gain or loss. What happens when that bra doesn't fit?

Apparently that's not an issue. As per the article:
"More than 600 women worldwide have had internal bra surgery and one trial in Holland followed 170 women for four years, finding no serious complications.
The system is expected to last longer than implants, which usually have a ten-year life"
