Guinness and vanilla ice cream is so fucking good. Get the blue bell French kind and mix together. Hmm I got two pints in the frige may make a run to the store for the ice cream.

If you want to buy it already made go to Hanks ice cream on main street. Hank is an old brother from back in the day he is still there from time to time but his family runs the place now.

Neapolitan wouldn't work well for beer ice cream I don't think. Chocolate and strawberry are to strong of flavors to really get a good beer taste out of. But if done right who knows if you got ideas for it P let us know.

Amy's Ice Cream (Shepherd/SW Freeway) always has a couple of flavors that include alchohol. They rotate them every week. Every now and then there's a beer flavored ice cream, although it's more common to see rum or liqueurs.

That may not have helped. If I go by there and see a beer flavored ice cream, I'll post in the thread or PM you.
