BBFS when it's not offered...
Is rape, right? Well, Ithink it is, anyway. I do know that an instance of it drove one of my favorite providers and agencies out of business. And that made me beyond sad.

I was thinking of it from the provider's standpoint, whispers...suicide on either end. Also a huge dick move (no pun intended. Although that was a good one)

If the sex was consensual and she did not bother checking.... well.... She is supposed to be a professional... how many pros do not make sure you are covered?... Now if he was and he slipped it off.,,,,, well... that MAY be some sort of crime... i don't know but I can't remotely see how it would be rape....

I guess I didn't state it properly. I meant insistent and forced BBFS after the donation has changed hands. Sorry for not being clear.

Sorry. Stating it properly makes it a no brainer and I don't know why I even asked the question. Just sad for past girls who were awesome and got (literally) screwed out of the biz. I'll pipe down now.

This is a ridiculously important point to bring up, though. There's a lot of non-consensual sex that takes place BCD. It'd be dumb for me to make-up a percentage to explain how often it goes on because no one knows, but it most definitely goes on. Whether it's uncovering and forcing yourself on a lady after she says no and then she just sort of takes it because she's afraid you might get violent if she doesn't or even slipping digits into an FBSM girl who explicitly states a no-touch policy, it happens. Tacit consent under duress happens to probably every provider at some point if she sticks around long enough, and it's scary and terrible.
It's important for everyone around here (male and female) to realize that this shit goes on. A lot of the men on the board (again, not saying all or most) don't really seem to respect women very much at all and they especially don't respect hookers. This is probably why women get so "butt hurt" when misogynist undertones start surfacing. It doesn't make you a rapist to hate women, but it's not cute.

Seems that Swedish prosecutors take position consent can be conditional. Julian Assange had unprotected sex with a woman who had given consent to protected sex, but not BBFS.
Prosecutors argue in the alternative, that once sex was initiated without condom, consent was "revoked".
These two prosecutorial theories apparently strong enough under Swedish and international law that its the basis of one of the most infamous extradition cases since WWII.
Will Julian Assange "get away with it" ? Seems doubtful. He is 'paying' for this alleged crime (by living a life in hiding) and will likely end up in jail or spend his life on the run.
Two terrible alternatives to doing the right thing and covering up?

Once you say stop, any further sex is rape. Condom or no, vaginal, oral, or anal. Already consented to, or paid for doesn't matter.
"Stop" means stop.

Umm, duh....force or coercercion after a person says NO/STOP is rape. If a woman/man is passed out from drinking, forbidden topic, prescription drugs, or just asleep......That person can NOT give her consent, so that is rape. Happend to me once. He got his...just sayn'
Anywho...escort or no escort, does not mean do whatever the fuck you want because she is a whore. Wow, okay. I need to stop.
Rapists and traffickers and Dom's who abuse instead of getting consent should die a horrible death. Just sayn'

I think I get what you're asking SJ. I'm thinking along the lines of having an encounter and the hobbyist or boyfriend purposely and surreptitiously removed the condom, at some point, without her knowledge. I think that what would be some sort of crime since that action would endanger the woman's health/life....believe some sort of assault charge is available.
Could it endanger his health/life as well....yep. If he's clean and she's not then damn skippy he is....but then again he's making the choice to unwrap.
I wonder, can a woman require her husband to wear a condom in order to have sex? I know, I know, she wouldn't be a wife for long....just wondering though.
