Has this happened to you???

One of my longtime regulars number popped up on my hobby phone, and I answered only to discover she dialed my number inadvertently. This person has actually done this several times before. I say hello and wait for a response only to here her talking to other people obviously at a pool hall playing pool and drinking of course!

My question is do you listen in for awhile or do you simply hangup???

We call that a "butt dial". Totally accidental.

Also known as "pocket dial". Another good reason to put a lockout code or password on your phone. That is, the one doing the butt dial.

I received a call before and the two people were talking about their dead mother. How it happened I don't know. Last yr in Richardson when the tornado was happening I received a call and this guy wanted to know when I would see him at so and so. I hadn't called anyone but for some reason the text he received was deleted months ago and I had received it by a hobbiest. I was so confused. You may want to let her know it is happening so she can fix her phone so she don't call the wrong person and an SO answer.
