Let me make this clear!
I have stage 1 gum cancer I found out right before my birthday, I have let very few people know on this board as if its my business and I have to treat my self properly with no stress. I decided not to make a public announcement about this because I'm not looking for sympathy. But I don't want no one speculating that I have a gum disease because I don't its cancer and its not contagious. And yes there's days that I'm not gonna be able to preform certain duties of my job but that doesn't make me a bad provider.
Thanks,
Lindsay

Good luck and I hope you have a smooth recovery.
In my opinion people shouldn't be making a post where they ASSUME things, but some do and it forces people to make a post to clear their name or their reputation.
Sorry you had to do this.

Lindsay thanks with being so open with what is going in with your life, I know this must be very hard to share. With that being said, I can only wish you the very best on a speedy recovery.

Having to deal with the physical and emotional strain of cancer alone can be too much to bear. Then, as Ms.Elena said, for someone to make ASSUMPTIONS, it makes things so much harder.
You have my prayers, for you and your family. And to those who need to realize we are all human!

it is a shame that this has come to this point to where I had to put my personal business out here in a public forum like this, but if it werent for a hobbyist posting in a thread and not in private I wouldnt have known.. but what is really surprsing me is a modd is trying to convince me that i told a client of mine that i had a gum disease in whch i never did, coming from my back ground I was a nurse proir to this profession and part of my job involves me giving blowjobs I would never put a client at risk and work doing that... what i had said to a client was that i was going through some testing in which i did and it came back positive for gum cancer in which is NOT contagious.
So with all this being said i think they should feel a shame of them self for spreading such mean thing. I still give blowjobs and Im gonna continue you know why cause i can and its what I love to do. my dentist told me to work upon my own disrection and I will do just that. read up on the facts of this before you make assumptions cause It really shouldnt have come to this point.
thanks,
Lindsay

I do hope for you to have a healthy and quick recovery. However, this entire situation could've been avoided. This is an informational board and its good that a client spoke up on what he observed. That's the point of this board. And did you mention to your dentist what exactly it is you do for 'work?' And I'm not trying to be mean, I'm trying to help you understand. This is not a situation where you can really blame anybody else.
*you might also consider rewording what you post in a public forum*

Please go back and read my post Gemma. A client can not observe that i have a gum disease by me saying i went to the dentist.

Well he obviously observed it if you are just now coming out about it now. I'm not trying to stress you out any more than you probably already are. I'm concerned that you are not taking your health serious enough right now.
Good luck to you Lindsay.
