Question to all the providers...
Just like some of us have ATF's, do you have ATF's as well?
What are some of the things you find attractive in a hobbyist? Looks? Cleaningness? Size of 'package?' Accent? The way they look or talk? Etc...
Just curious...

I agree!
But my ATF's are guys that I would easily date in real life. We have relationships based on reciprocity, and they show me how much they really enjoy my company, and not just financially.
Adventurous open spirits, great voices for phone sex, wonderfully shaped man-parts, soft lips for kissing, wide tongues for licking, confidence, super manly-manliness, thoughtfulness, sensitivity, and yes, accents are just a few of the characteristics that my ATF's share.

Providers frequently compliment me on the crispness of my 100 dollar bills. They also appreciate me removing the chaw of tobacco before I enter the incall. From this, I've concluded that both currency hygiene and oral hygiene are important.
But, wait, this question was directed to the ladies, so never mind.

My "ATF's" are generally gents that I happen to click with primarily on personality. For me, everything else.... looks, money, sexual prowess... is secondary. Doesn't do a lick of good to be fabulous in bed or very attractive if you are an asshole, or incredibly stupid. Making me laugh goes a long way.

My ATF's are guys who show up late, ask to the use the shower and flood the entire bathroom floor with water, don't use the mouthwash or toothepaste, talk my head off before the massage begins about how their last provider experience was so horrible name dropping the entire time, and when they lie down for their massage have a huge hunk of toilet paper wedged in their bootyhole.
 ....LOL
No, really, my TRUE ATF's turn me on sooooooo much! Chemistry is great!
The way they make my kitty dripping wet when we are deep french kissing....before we even get activities started...I like the way they please me, not just letting me please them, and keep going at each other until we've both had multiple explosions.
I love the way they caress me while we are laying there in the blissful afterglow...just talking and petting.
I also love spending all afternoon or evening with my ATF's whether we are at my place humping like rabbits, out shopping, eating lunch, catching a show or basketball game....just being with each other!
