Help what's pending on moderation means?

Greetings, Mokoa,
I finally figured out how to post review and share exp.
Each of the review has a yellow highlight saying this review is pending on moderation. What does that mean? Am I doing something wrong?
Love this site, help me out of newby mode! LOL

I ain't Mokoa, but i've spent the night at a Holiday Inn (one hour at a time LOL!)

But it means exactly what it says. A Mod will come around and judge it on its merits and do the appropriate action.

Thx, Mokoa for the response. Oh, by the way. I did click into ur review just to learn how to write better review. Guess I did not even look at the date. LOL thus received a warning from u for "bumping an old post"
