do to two pichers out on the disabled list cc sabathia and andy pettite one with a torn groin and the other a fracture ankle now other guys have tro pick it up

CC only has a groin strain, not tear, and will probably miss only two starts. Andy is the bigger loss.

Huge loss especially with the Yanks' horrendous clutch hitting. Garcia is going to have to step up.

I would expect Garcia to pitch well in 50% of his games. That bullpen is amazing even without Mariano. Clutch hitting is over rated when you bang out a gazillion runs a game and have the best record in baseball. With the new format of two wild cards, I don't think the evil empire has much to worry about. If things start to really go bad, they will just go pick-up whoever looks best on the market from an "out of the race" team.
