Coming through the great state of Louisiana this week... thinking of stopping in St Charles, Baton Rouge and maybe New Orleans.

Let me know if you might be interested... Also love to know of some great restaurants along the way.

Dont leave out Lafayette

Did you mean Lake Charles? Right across the Texas state line?

Feezos in Scott (one exit west of Lafayette on I-10) is great. Good seafood for sure. If you want to try some good cajun snacks -- Dons speciality meats 2 doors down from Feezos has the best cracklins and boudin in the area, they also have great plate lunches if you wanna just stop in for a quick bite.
