is it any wonder they're raiding topless clubs and busting escorts? It's called "getting your numbers up." If you had something stolen around H-Town I wouldn't hold out much hope of seeing it again. I did hear that emptying out a strip club turns up some interesting characters, like parole violators and wanted felons.

I was under the impression that the Vice Squad and the Burglary Division were entirely different departments assigned to different areas of law enforcement...kind of like, Homicide and Traffic..???

But what the hell do I know?
