Default Receiving Restricted Calls
I have been receiving a restricted call. On the other end a woman is speaking all I can make out is something that sounds like my name. Is anyone else receiving strange rrestricted calls.

Im positive it has to be a provider.

when "unknown caller" or "number withheld" or "no name" appears on caller id / name id.

My phone company allows me not to receive restricted calls in the first place.

It's either them or my phone, can't remember which one it is. I know it's an option.

If they don't want to reveal themselves to me, I don't want to speak to them.

Ahh, benefits of no longer having a hobby phone.
