To cologne or not to cologne?
I've a question for the ladies. Do you prefer a man to be freshly showered with a hint of cologne or just the plain freshly showered smell?
I usually go for the freshly showered scent but I'm curious how you all feel about a little extra scent.

As long as the gent does not overpower his "manhood" with cologne, I'm good with a yummy smell.. Freshly showered is good as well..
I have moved downwards and about gagged at how much cologne some gents will spray or splash on Mr. Happy. The absolute worst however?? baby powder... eeegads!!!! just thinking of it makes me shudder!

Need to keep in mind... both cologne and perfume. That there are many many MANY people out there deathly allergic. I have a client that cannot be around perfume at all or ends up having 911 called. Myself- I have a young child with heart n lung issues and if i bring cologne or perfumes on my body.. he goes into respiratory arrest. So, I prefer men who are freshly showered and I do not under any circumstance where perfumes at my incall...

great point actually Lacy. When I first began I used to drench myself in Amirage. I am sure some of these old timers remember that far back....
I didn't quite grasp the concept that these gents actually had to go home afterwards and didn't want to smell as though they had been in a strip club.
Allergies as well, I have to be very careful around some folks because I am a smoker. A lot of folks are allergic to the smoke...

I have slight allergies to some perfurm and colognes as well as smoke. Its not terrible like I could die if exposed but my nose begins to run and I start sneezing uncontrollbly. Not sure how attractive it would be if I began sneezing in the middle of a blowjob and simply couldn't stop. Oh and candles/air freshners affect me as well.
For the most part simply a shower and deodorant is the best.

My nose is quite picky when it comes to scents. I have come to find out that I'm allergic to a lot of the stuff that is out there, so I keep it simple. In real life, I have 4 perfumes that I wear and a couple of body sprays.
As for my clients, I don't wear any perfumes, body sprays, perfumed lotions or that damn glitter crap some chicks wear. I prefer my clients to smell shower clean, hopefully from a shower they took with me.

My God, what is that smell? Oh.
Brian Fantana: That's the smell of desire my lady.
Veronica Corningstone: God no, it smells like, like a used diaper... filled with... Indian food. Oh, excuse me.
Brian Fantana: You know, desire smells like that to some people.
News Station Employee: [ Disgusted] What is that? Smells like a turd covered in burnt hair.
News Station Employee: [ Horrified] Smells like Bigfoot's dick!
Brian Fantana: [ Tries to act casual and walk away] Woah, what's that smell?
Time to musk up.
Wow. Never ceases to amaze me. What cologne you gonna go with? London Gentleman, or wait. No, no, no. Hold on. Blackbeard's Delight.
Brian Fantana: No, she gets a special cologne... It's called Sex Panther by Odeon. It's illegal in nine countries... Yep, it's made with bits of real panther, so you know it's good.
Ron Burgundy: It's quite pungent.
Brian Fantana: Oh yeah.
Ron Burgundy: It's a formidable scent... It stings the nostrils. In a good way.
Brian Fantana: Yep.
Ron Burgundy: Brian, I'm gonna be honest with you, that smells like pure gasoline.
Brian Fantana: They've done studies, you know. 60% of the time, it works every time.
[ cheesy grin]
Ron Burgundy: That doesn't make sense.

I prefer freshly showered (a light, unisex, clean scent at most, is preferred) . . . I would never wear a strong scent during an appointment as I would shudder if my client were to have to explain the scent when he departs my company! And, I certainly do not want to depart his company and smell as though I was dipped in men's cologne, if for some reason I am unable to shower immediately following our rendezvous . . .
Also, my skin is extremely sensitive (as many of you know, I travel with my own hypo-allergenic soap and prefer you wash your hands prior to our session) - I may, in fact, politely ask a client to shower if he arrives wearing a scent that is overpowering.
Kisses,
- Jackie

I agree 100% MsElena. Another thing to just keep in mind... PEANUT OIL. Sometimes i get so busy i just grab a quick bite without thinking.. and even brushing teeth after can still leave traces of peanut oil on lips/skin. Anyone hear about that news story of the girl that died in 2 minutes after kissing her boyfriend, due to peanut oil?
Back on topic- Another issue with perfumes and cologne is that I personally like having my body tongue lashed all over and i love to explore every inch of my man with my mouth. PErfumes and colognes.. dont taste too nice. LOL!
Ken- lol u got me imagining trying to give a BJ with snot dripping and sneezing LOL!!!

I personally prefer my ladies to have a HINT of perfume. Hint being the keyword. Since that's what I prefer, I also like the smell of Stetson Cologne but I wear it the same way. I even PM'd a provider and asked her if it was too much or if she even noticed. She said she barely smelled it when we were kissing and it was nice and just about right, unless her face was close to mine she couldn't notice it.
Personally I think that's the right amount to wear.
Jas I do remember your perfume from way back in the old days when you were in Wichita although I'm sure you don't remember me. I always had you come to an outcall and while you smelled very nice I had to shower and use a lot of soap before I went home, I'm glad you have cut back it makes things a lot easier on us married guys.
