SECOND QUESTION WHAT CHARITY DO U PREFER OR ARE U DONATING TO A CHURCH OR HOSPITAL? ?? THIRD QUESTION WOULD YOU LIKE TO GATHER AND ALL COLLECTIVELY DONATE OUR ITEMS OR U JUST DONATING AS U RECIEVE THEM??

Kudos to all those contributing to local charities. Just a thought is anyone contributing toward any local animal shelters etc? We're doing stuff at work for that. Critters need help too. Just a thought.

I personally do not have specials nor have dates based around the charities I support/donate to, nor do I have specials based on whether or not men bring wrapped gifts to donate.
I prefer that someone donate from the heart and not because a woman is offering up a date for a discount.

The several charities that I donate to, have received some wonderful donations from various gents, (THANK YOU!) where absolutely NO hobby date was involved. That's the true meaning of giving. And I truly respect those men who've done so.

lol.. smh.. my point is that I'm giving back n there are tough times on everyone and jst seeing what charities need the most help n if girls waned to gather together..
So what if I take $20 or 30 off my donation in replacement of a gift then that's my decision ..I guess we all gve back different n dnt think one should tell the other how we should do so AS LONG AS WERE DOING IT FROM THE HEART..!!!!

Tickle me pink LOL.. WM u never let me down!! Only u would try to bash another post .. I'm gonna keep smiling bc. I know I have a good n pure heart with good intentions.. don't be so negative its charity!!

THANK YOU Lexxxi for thinking of others!! No matter how you go about getting donations...I'm sure those families who will benefit from your generosity...will truly appreciate your thoughtfulness!

Alexxxia and Naughty Jezabelle posted their threads, back in November, about what they are doing. I spoke to several ladies last Tuesday about getting together with Alexxxia and Jez, next week. We want to do a *Ladies' Night Out,* to drop off all the donations, toys, and gift cards that we have collected. So, Lexxxi...if you or anyone else would like to join us...please call or send me a pm for details.

You're absolutely right Lexxxi...Holidays should be about PEACE, JOY, and LOVE!!

I don't think there is anything wrong with a little "encouragement" for donations. Personally, I donate anyways so my motivation is already there. I think that it is very admirable for the several ladies on the board to help out the guys that need a little nudging. Way to go Lexxxi!

I'm one who does just that and I appreciate those whom have donated to helping others (where no date nor special was involved).

However, the OP asked a question. Based on solely offering up holiday specials IF the guys brought a donated gift.
I gave my answer. It's my opinion and how I feel about specials being offered in order for someone to bring a donation. I personally wouldn't do it. That's my opinion on the OP's direct question to the ladies.

im not offering any specials of this sort...
my specials have no "logical explaination" i do them just because
being in the position im in, i try to give back...ALL the time
i think i might be a little over my head this holiday season, but ill make it happen.
dont forget, people need help year round...i believe BIG TIME in karma and am fortunate with the many riches i have (some tangible, some not)

anywho...believe it or not, the animal shelter will take USED blankets/sheets/pillows/towels (lol we probably have more than enough at our incalls), they always need food, shampoo, kitty litter, toys, etc....

i know my invite for sunday is in "the mail"
