Question Would this be a deterrent when booking?

Hey guys and ladies!! I have been thinking about getting a pup for the last year or so but since I travel so much it would be coming with me. A girl gets lonely out here and who says a dog can't be a ladies best friend too? So guys, what do you think about a very well trained dog staying in a cage/ bathroom during the appointment? If it didn't bark or shed what would be the concern?

Also, it wouldn't be a very big dog.Like 10 pounds max so nothing too scary! Would you guys just want to know ahead of the time?

Wouldn't be a concern for me. Many travelers take pets. I'm sure it is good company.

Just keep in mind it will most likely limit your hotel choices.

Yes, in NOLA, not sure about the rest of the state. You could probably do a search of pet friendly hotels before you travel.

A well kept dog is not a problem at all. A few girls I've seen have dogs. Now one lady I saw had her dog loose during the appointment, when I was ready to leave my shoe was wet. I keep telling myself "its just drool" but.......I don't think it was. Lol

but seriously how unfortunate.

But i think it won't be a deterrent to anyone who doesn't have pet allergies and as long as your dog is well behaved and placed somewhere he won't interrupt you session I don't think you will have a problem.

The dog might get jealous of all the attention the kitty gets!

I used to see a lady from Texas quite a bit that traveled with a couple of larger dogs .... They were well behaved .... Most of the time and I saw her quite often ..... But the dogs were a pain in the ass to be blunt .... You walk in they sniff .... If you touch them
Now your hands are dirty .... We had them jump in the bed .... Dog water bowl on the floor.... They have to be walked ...
Lol ..... And believe it or not I'm a dog lover .... And yes they are great companions and a lot of company ...... If you do it I agree a well trained smaller breed would be best ......
BUT I too agree that you could take Lolita .... At least I would get to see her and maybe even pet her:-)

lol Lolita...I wanna come too!

I have a cat at my incall...she usually stays out of the way,but one day....she was hiding under my bed...when we got to really banging, she jumped up on the bed meowing loudly and scared the dickens out of me & the guy!!

tanner alot of hotels do take pets for small fee....just keep a checklist handy
I think it would be a great safety plus!
