I think probably her full service is only available after she catches her vibe, but for the other question her English is there, but I can’t really be honest with you. I mostly talk to her in Spanish. I have tried to speak with her in English. She only knows a couple words most likely you’ll be over there with a Google translator if you don’t know Spanish.

Very limited English, if you speak bit fast, she wouldn't understand, I mostly try to talk in Spanish with my limited but decent Spanish capabilities. But, you're right, you get L1 or max L2 for FS price, on all honestly not worth it.
