I've seen her a bunch of times there, never had an issue with the location. Her place is kind of tucked back out of plain view, I think only once have I ever seen another person by her place (pretty sure it was someone who lived on that street, they were changing a flat tire), but you can park nearby on a well traveled main drag where nobody is going to mess with you or your car. For McKees Rocks, it's about as benign a location as you're going to get...
