When she's on, she's great. But her personal troubles over the past two years have been mounting. Accidents, health issues, family issues, and bad decisions all take their toll. Excuses and a lack of professional courtesy only compound the other issues. God bless her, but, ya; she's a no go unless something turns around.

I've been on your side of things more often than not unfortunately. My first time with her was decent communication wise but the performance was lacking. I reluctantly gave her a second chance and had a mind blowing experience that made up for the first time so given that wide range of disappointment and amazement I would say give her at least 3 strikes if you have the energy to see if it will pay off big like it did with me.
