Any decent cajun restaurants in KC I should try next week??
Also..I am down to 140 thanks to new salt free and almost sugar free diet!! Yeahhhh!!

There's a Jazz Louisiana Kitchen close to the Ice Arena off I-70 with Independence address. The original is by KU Med in KC. IMO it's really good.

The chicken a le mer (I probably spelled it wrong) is one of my favorites on the menu at Jazz. Tuesday it is half price too!!
