I have a question that is related to this post. Has anybody heard of U. Leo using Spectrum trucks to do surveillance? There have been just too many times a truck has been in a two block area. ( 10-12 ) within a two week period of time. Sometimes the operator sits in his truck for an hour or more, without getting out. Every cable line in the area could have been replaced by now. If this is truly Spectrum, I know why the bills are so high.

I think LEO is fed up with the bail reform law going on.As we know there's a certain duo robbing and assaulting hobbyists and getting out within 12hrs ,rinse repeat etc.So maybe they are keeping tabs and looking for hot spots so when things return they can do a few major sweeps and start flooding the courts with summons and getting cash flow back.jist watch your backs gents and ladies

With today's tech... they don't need a physical person to sit around and watch anymore. A simple mini cam set up does a better job and never gets tired.. and sure they keep tabs on social media.. "birds of a feather..flock together"... but maybe spectrum sets up some surveillance for them..lol

Also with all the shootings and killings and all the protests many are burned the fuck out and are burning up there sick leave and retiring. They might just not have the man power anymore. I also agree the bail reform laws have put an end too cops going out of there way to do anything execpt make it to the end of there shift and go home safe and sound.

I can't believe they don't bust more massage parlors... I know its a waste off time they will just open under a new name... but they can get some felonies out of it because you know those girls don't have a license.. I know their job sucks but they do more of nothing in a day then they do something...how do you justify 30 cops on... what do they do in that day sit down all day lol...think about it... their job sucks when you hear a shooting or killing...but 90 percent of the time they got it made... 20 year retirement full health benefits.. 85 percent of their salary for pension for life... how can you go wrong.. my neighbor was a trooper he retired at 45 at 90k a year for life with full benefits

we are moving towards decrim here in ny .. downstate has started not prosecuting the ladies and throwing out/dismissing cases against the ladies ......other counties in ny have been following suit. The only thing with this is it protects the ladies....uncle leo is going after the gents mostly now.

if you notice it was all gents and no ladies ... downstate has started to not prosecuting misdemeanor prostitution cases, not charging independent unlicensed massages(but still going after the massage parlors due to the history of sex trafficking in massage parlors, your just not hearing about it), and dismissing and throwing out cases against the ladies, other counties in ny have been slowly following suit .. uncle leo and the DA's in certain areas have started working with the ladies in hopes to find and arrest the sex crime perps who do us harm, and want our help in finding the traffickers. Most sexual assault charges are felonies, while just a prostitution charge is a misdemeanor, which in most cases now the prosti misdemeanor charges wont stick and are far more aggravating and timewasting paperwork that will just get thrown out with no "quota" on these misdemeanors for leo now, so they are concentrating on the bigger charged fish to catch.... be careful out there guys they are starting to target you!!!! ........ so be careful when your toftt on a fresh newbie provider with no rev history.......

I agree with Decon... but Randilyn is not wrong.. sex trafficking is high on the list for LEO.. as it should be.. but the small tragedy is the innocent hobbyist gets caught in the crosshairs.. just a thought and opinion.. but i would assume the most likely girl to be working with LEO is the one with known Edit The Dr signs of it.. chances are they were were pinched in the past for a higher charge than just "escorting".. and were given the opportunity to make ammends for some "cooperation"... who knows.. everyone all around.. just be safe.. it's a crazy world!
